Do you serve both men and women?

Absolutely — and we take pride in doing both exceptionally well. Whether you're coming in for a clean fade or a full braided install, we’ve got the hands, the experience, and the care to get it right. Everyone who walks through our door gets treated like they matter — because you do.

What hair types do you work with?

All of them. Seriously. From coily and kinky to wavy and straight, we’ve trained our team to know, respect, and work with your hair exactly as it is. Natural, relaxed, loc’d — your texture is welcome here.

Do I need an appointment, or can I just walk in?

Walk-ins are welcome when we can take them, but to make sure you get the attention and time you deserve, we highly recommend booking ahead. Our regulars love how easy it is to book online — no waiting, no guessing.

How do I book an appointment?

Just hit the “Book Now” button on our site, choose your service and stylist, and lock in your time. It takes less than 2 minutes. Prefer to call or text? We’ve got that too. However you reach us, we make booking feel effortless.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Life happens — we get it. All we ask is that you give us at least 12 hours’ notice so we can offer that time to someone else. Respecting our time helps us continue showing up 100% for every client.

Do you do kids’ haircuts?

We sure do — and we’re patient, gentle, and great at helping little ones feel comfortable in the chair. We know that for a lot of kids, this is more than a cut — it’s an experience. We treat it like one.

How long does a service usually take?

It really depends on what you're getting — a fade might take 30–45 minutes, while braids or a silk press will take longer. When you book, we’ll give you an accurate time so you know exactly what to expect.

Do you offer treatments for scalp or hair health?

Yes, and we believe in treating the hair under the style too. Our hydration steams, scalp detoxes, and gentle trims are all designed to support the long game — healthy, thriving hair. Ask about adding one to your next appointment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We keep it easy. Debit, credit, cash, and in some cases, e-transfer. If you’ve got a preferred method, just ask — we’ll make it work.
